SBUJK

Denda BUJK tanpa SBUJK – Semua Badan Usaha Jasa Konstruksi (BUJK) wajib memiliki Sertifikat Badan Usaha Jasa Konstruksi (SBUJK). Jika tidak, BUJK Anda bisa terkena denda.

Besaran denda bagi BUJK yang tidak memiliki SBUJK aktif bervariasi sesuai dengan jenis BUJK dan pelanggarannya.

 

BUJK Nasional :

  – Tanpa SBUJK: denda 10% dari nilai kontrak.

  – SBUJK kadaluwarsa, mendapat denda per kualifikasi, yaitu sebagai berikut: 

  • Kecil: Rp500.000/hari.
  • Menengah: Rp1.000.000/hari.
  • Spesialis: Rp1.000.000/hari.
  • Besar: Rp1.500.000/hari.

 

Kantor Perwakilan BUJK Asing (KP BUJKA) :

  – Tanpa SBUJK: denda 20% dari nilai kontrak.

  – SBUJK kedaluwarsa: Rp5.000.000/hari.

 

BUJK Penanaman Modal Asing (PMA)

  Tanpa SBUJK, ketentuan denda sebagai berikut :

  • 10% dari nilai kontrak.
  • Denda harus di bayar dalam 15 hari kerja sejak pemberian sanksi. Jika tidak, operasional BUJK akan di berhentikan sementara dan denda akan berlipat ganda.
  • Jika SBUJK tidak segera di perpanjang, akan dicabut dan harus diurus kembali dari awal.

 

SERTIFIKAT BADAN USAHA JASA KONSTRUKSI  adalah sertifikat badan usaha yang terakreditasi LPJK sesuai klasifikasi dan kualifikasi Usaha Jasa Konstruksi melalui proses Sertifikasi dan Registrasi. SBUJK adalah Sertifikasi Badan Usaha Jasa Konstruksi atau biasa di sebut SBU merupakan Sertifikat Badan Usaha yang hanya di keluarkan oleh Lembaga Pengembangan Jasa Konstruksi (LPJK).
